Involved with Real Estate in the NRV for several years as an investor, Sid obtained his salesperson license in 2005, then completed the rigorous training and testing for Broker in 2009. Sid earned Outstanding Rookie in 2005 from Century 21 Jim Owens & Associates. He also earned that franchise's Million Dollar award that year. He's twice recipient of the New River Valley Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Award, first in 2005, then again in 2007. Also in 2007, Sid became a All Star in Floyd Wickman's SMART program. Sid and his wife and fellow broker, Sandra, have a 15-acre horse farm in Riner that they share with foster children.
